JOEBY CONNELL
Vice President Finance
Joeby joined XNG in 2016 as the Assistant Corporate Controller. She is an accomplished accounting professional of nearly twenty years with a distinct background in service and distribution. Joeby leads the front and back office with a determination for automation and ability to scale the organization. While the finance and accounting department is a core function of day to day interaction, you can often also find her orchestrating insurance, treasury, compliance, human resource management and employee development. Joeby is a graduate of the Accounting BA program at Southern New Hampshire University and holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Finance.
